Intake Summary

WINDOW OVERVIEW:

The Intake Summary window is accessed from the Detail Intake window by either selecting menu Goto>Intake Summary or by clicking the Intake Summary icon.

This window allows you to view all of the related components of an Intake from a single window. Select the information and click the Detail button to navigate to the corresponding detail window.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS:

Name:  The name indicated as the Intake Name.

Number: The Intake number.

Status: The current status of the Intake.

Status Date: The date the status was determined.

Received Date: The date the Intake was received.

Assigned to: The worker to whom the Intake is assigned.

Original Status Reason: The original status reason for the Intake.

Current Status Reason: The current status reason for the Intake.

Initial Screening Decision: The initial screening decision for the Intake.

Initial Priority: The initial priority given the Intake.

Final Screening Decision: The final screening decision for the Intake.

Final Priority: The final priority given the Intake.

Last Person to Approve: The last staff person to approve the Intake.

Some List Box or Group Box:

List Box Field Column or Group Box Field:  This is the description of the field or column.

Summary Group Box:

Highlight the information from the summary area and select the Detail button to view the corresponding detail window. The detail button will become active once an area connected to a detail window is selected from the summary information provided.

ACTION BUTTONS:

Detail Select this button to see the detail window for the information highlighted in the summary.
